other things that happened this week
met a friend in the swimming pool. weird.
i've meet friends in weirder places, if u have read. guess not.
meet a friend in a tank (!) he was in it actually, i was outside enjoying the dust he produced for me.
meet a friend in a helicopter (!) this time i was running to it, n got on, n tapped him to say hi. i was a quiet ride for us, coz the wind was too noisy.
tats all i cant rem for now.
so swimming pool, in camp, he called out for me, was really surprised there.
he disrupted to study, n was back to continue serving. rem the dunking incident, POW training by the commandos, where this guardsman died. yeah, it was his course mate, which meant he also went through the same shit, n much more also.
cool....
earlier that day, there was a 3m long python found in my camp, cool...
half an hour later, my OC (my company's commanding officer, this captain) was trying to catch it!
well, little bit bout him. he is a ranger, which is a tough crazy course, where u do things only crazy ppl are even willing to think abt, 35 days out field at 1 go, n blah blah crazy stuff. so he is like "up there" (some army term)
yeah, he was catching the damn snake, he n my CSM, damn drama, the snake attacked them, hissed at them, was a great show, like discovery channel live in front of u.
so he managed to get, but it was coiled ard his hand.
happy with his success, he asked us if he should chop it up, man this guy is really crazy. well, we concluded we shd bring it to the zoo, while he was carrying it with one hand. so he stuffs it in a sandbag, which was too small. n realised he cant get his hand out, coz the snake was squeezing it. he then slaps the snake! finally gets it out after pulling very hard for awhile.
