fri.
9am lecture, difficulty waking up, with a slight headache. i just want to slp....
toture getting through lectures today. ate chewing gum to keep awake. but still slept finally.
final lecture of the day was a 2 hour slot, on process design. tired, last lecture of the whole week, sleepy, totally sian. china lecturer, dr. zhang, it was tough man... he is crappy man, monotonous, talking to himself, reading off the transparency, CHINA accent. can die. sleep...
dinner, at regent's place. BAH KUT TEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
power sia these seniors, really power. got special brown rice, like the kind u get for duck rice, and brown eggs, u get with duck rice, salted veg which i hate. bah kut teh... damn nice... but my stomach not feeling too good, so couldnt drink as much soup as i wanted to. must be the accumulation of the alcohol from the week (drank everynight except tues) or the sausages i had in the morning, which i've kept in the fridge in the can for a few days, plus it was lousy too.
ended of the dinner trip, which has been a weekly event for us, with 2 tiramisu cake from marks and spencer, damn... had 2 slices (small ones la) n my stomach wasnt able to take anymore though my mouth just wanted to whack all of it. all i could do was stare at it.... i'll just buy one n eat it myself another day, i swear.
damn just typing abt this dinner is making me hungry now... errrrrr....
so.... to finish of the night, it was to the pub, aiyah... i didnt want to, but had to follow the guys, if not go casino, which didnt interest me, coz i dun gamble, if u dun believe.
damn... next day got to wake up early again, to go shopping at royal quays....
sat... next day...
i want to slp... but i was up to follow the singapore society bunch to this place to shop, which is generally cheaper then normal retail outlet prices. not bad. i got myself a new jacket for only 13.50 pounds! and a puma track pants for 12 pounds, and body shop stuff like the vit e body wash, though it is for girls, and its pink! but its only 3 pounds, so... haha. pink body wash for myself.
there were owls n some birds of prey on display in the garden. very nice leah... the owls so cute. the hawks and eagle owls (i never knew there was such a creature) where damn cool, and cute at the same time. nice n big some of them. i managed to touch one of the owl that the girl lookin after them was holding. and the owl started to dance to the music (which was kylie)!!!! damn cute, it was shaking its head side to side to the beat. amazing... tat was the highlight of my day though... haha...
dinner was a treat by dr. ming with the ngee ann exchange students, at a very nice chinese restaurant, that had very nice claypot rice. really really very very good, better than the singapore ones! serious stuff. i forsee myself being there quite often. haha... but not cheap also la... den again, not expensive also. so... hmmm...
